Return of Online Purchases In-Store.
Visit any PureWell Wellness Retail Location to return your item(s) purchased through PureWell.ca. Please bring your unopened item, order summary, and tender of payment you used to place your order. A PureWell staff member will process your return or exchange at the PureWell store.
Note: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a PureWell error. Please do not mail your return to the PureWell store. PureWell stores are unable to process mail-in returns.
Returns must be received in the store within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you return your online purchase in-store after the return window, we will gladly offer you a product exchange or merchandise credit.
Refunds & Credits of Online Purchases.
We will issue a refund to your credit card for the full purchase price (including taxes) of any unopened item that you return within 30 days of the purchase transaction.
For returns by mail, please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. It can take up to 30 days to process the return when you return by mail and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
When returning online purchases by mail or in-store, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges when you return online purchases by mail. If you would like to make an exchange, please visit one of our store locations.
